About Roll and Pick

Roll and Pick is a free random picker for whenever a group of people needs a quick, fair, slightly dramatic way to decide something. Pick a winner, draw a name, settle an argument, choose where to eat. One tap, no sign-up.

Why it exists

There are good spin-wheel sites out there. Most of them are stuffed with pop-ups, scripts and newsletters. The idea here is to keep the thing small, keep it fast, and keep your entry list on your own device.

How we keep it free

Roll and Pick is funded by unobtrusive ads on supporting pages. The wheel itself stays ad-free during the spin so it looks right on a stream or a classroom projector.

What we do with your data

Nothing goes to our servers. Entries you type live in the page while you use it. If you save a wheel, it goes into your browser's localStorage. If you share a wheel, the entries get encoded into the URL you share. We never see your lists.

Astro, zero JavaScript frameworks on the page, one canvas for the wheel, one small script for the editor. The site is static so it loads fast and ranks well on any device.
